摘要
2016年3月政府工作报告提出,培育“工匠精神”是提高学校办学文化软实力、学校竞争力和适应力的重要体现。辅导员作为高职院校从事学生思想政治教育、日常管理、就业指导、实践活动、心理健康教育以及党团社团活动的主要力量,是推动思想政治教育工作开展的重要力量,可以为学校工作的正常运转提供坚实保障。文章主要以机械工程类专业学生为研究对象,首先解读“工匠精神”的含义,其次分析机械工程类专业学生对“工匠精神”的理解现状,以及“工匠精神”对学生成长成才的重要作用,最后从五个方面深入说明并探讨辅导员视角下学生“工匠精神”的培育路径。
The government work report in March 2016 proposed that cultivating"craftsman spirit"is an important embodiment of improving the soft power of school running culture,school competitiveness and adaptability.As the main force of higher vocational colleges engaged in students’Ideological and political education,daily management,employment guidance,practical activities,mental health education and party,league and community activities,counselors are an important force to promote the development of Ideological and political education,and can provide a solid guarantee for the normal operation of school work.This paper mainly takes mechanical engineering students as the research object.Firstly,it interprets the meaning of"craftsman spirit".Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of mechanical engineering students’understanding of"craftsman spirit"and the important role of"craftsman spirit"in students’growth.Finally,it deeply explains and discusses the cultivation path of students’"craftsman spirit"from the perspective of counselors from five aspects.
