摘要
"红船精神"以其创新、奋斗、奉献的丰富内涵,引领时代进步;以指导浙江快速发展,凸显时代价值。进入新时代,山西在"两转"基础上进入了全面拓展新局面的关键时期,亟需富有时代价值的"红船精神"引领,统一思想、凝聚力量、创新实践、创造成就。新时代山西大力弘扬"红船精神"要强调内化于心,因人而异、因地制宜地加强宣传教育;要强调外化于形,利用不同的传播媒介将抽象的"红船精神"具象化,让"红船精神"深入人心;要强调固化于制,将弘扬"红船精神"常态化、持久化、制度化;要强调实化于行,知行合一,要将学习传承"红船精神"转化为行政治理实践和群众的自觉行动。
The " red boat spirit" leads the progress of the times with its rich connotation of innovation,struggle and dedication;it guides the rapid development of Zhejiang Province and highlights the value of the times. In the new era,Shanxi has entered a critical period of comprehensively expanding the new situation on the basis of the " two revolutions". It is urgently needed to be guided by the " red boat spirit" with the value of the times,to unify thinking,gather strength,innovate practice,and create achievements. In the new era,Shanxi vigorously promotes the " red boat spirit". First of all,it is necessary to emphasize internalization in the heart,and to strengthen publicity and education according to different people and local conditions. Second,it is necessary to emphasize externalization in the form,to use different media to visualize the abstract " red boat spirit" and to make the " red boat spirit" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;Third,it is necessary to emphasize solidification in the system in order to promote the " red boat spirit" conventionally,persistently,and systematically. Fourth,it is necessary to promote the " red boat spirit" by putting it into action,combining knowledge and action,and transforming the learning and inheritance of the " red boat spirit" into the practice of administrative governance and the conscious action of the masses.
