波形钢腹板PC连续梁桥异步施工临时横撑设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 为指导波形钢腹板PC连续梁桥异步悬臂施工中主梁临时横撑的优化设计,以奉化江大桥为背景,采用有限元法建立0~7号节段异步悬臂施工实体模型进行静力及屈曲分析,并对主梁临时横撑的结构形式、布置方式及槽钢型号进行比选。结果表明:相对于上下平联+中间桁架撑和上下平联+剪刀撑,采用上下2榀桁架撑可保证结构安全性及施工便捷性;相较于布置单道临时横撑,布置2道临时横撑更能保证波形钢腹板施工期的稳定性、可大幅度减少波形钢腹板的位移量;临时横撑采用12.6型槽钢,能充分发挥材料性能,经济性好。 To guide the optimization design of temporary lateral bracing system used to the asynchronous cantilever construction of PC continuous girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,the Fenghua River Bridge is taken as the background project.The solid finite element model of the asynchronous construction of sections No.0-7 was built to carry out static and buckling analysis.The configuration and layout of the lateral bracing system on main girder as well as the type of channel steel were analyzed and compared.The results show that compared with the lateral bracing system consisting of upper and lower bracings plus central truss frame and the lateral bracing system consisting of upper and lower bracings plus crossed struts,the one comprising two upper and two lower trusses can ensure the safety of the structure and ease the construction.And compared with setting a mono-set of temporary lateral bracings,two sets of lateral bracings can better serve the stability of corrugated steel webs in the construction stage and greatly reduce the displacement of corrugated steel webs.The 12.6 channel steel is chosen,which is considered superior and performs well in terms of material property and economy.
