波形钢腹板改进型埋入式剪力键受力性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为确定波形钢腹板箱梁改进型埋入式剪力键的抗剪承载力及其影响因素,设计制作了6组试件进行推出试验,研究改进型埋入式剪力键在加载过程中的荷载~滑移特性、破坏形态,分析混凝土强度、波形钢板开孔直径和贯穿钢筋强度及直径等参数对抗剪承载力的影响,并采用MIDAS/FEA软件建立试件有限元模型,计算不同参数下剪力键的承载力,根据计算结果拟合承载力计算公式。结果表明:改进型埋入式剪力键的滑移过程可分为弹性、弹塑性和破坏3个阶段;波形钢板开孔直径和混凝土强度是影响埋入式剪力键极限承载力的主要因素,贯穿钢筋直径和强度及波形钢板厚度对承载力的影响相对较小;根据提出的承载力拟合公式计算的试件承载力和试验值基本吻合,且偏于安全。 To confirm the shear bearing capacity and the possible influence factors of the improved embedded shear connectors for the corrugated steel webs of box girders,6 groups of the specimens of the connectors were designed and the push-out tests for the specimens were carried out.The load^slip characteristics and failure modes of the specimens in the process of loading were studied and the influences of the parameters,such as the concrete strength,perforating diameters of the corrugated steel webs,strength and diameters of the through reinforcement,on the shear bearing capacity of the specimens were analyzed.Meanwhile,the finite element models for the specimens were established,using the software MIDAS/FEA,the shear bearing capacity under the different parameter conditions was calculated and the formula of the bearing capacity was fitted according to the calculation.The results indicate that the slip processes of the specimens can be divided into 3 stages of the elasticity,elastoplast and failure.The perforating diameters of the corrugated steel webs and the concrete strength are the major factors that have influences on the ultimate shear bearing capacity of the specimens while the influences of the strength and diameters of the through reinforcement and the thickness of the corrugated steel webs on the bearing capacity are relatively weak.The values of the bearing capacity of the specimens calculated by the fitted formula mentioned above are basically consistent with those obtained in the tests and are considered to be slightly safer.
