摘要
波形钢腹板箱梁底板剪力键通常存在上翼缘,上翼缘的存在及配筋密集导致混凝土浇筑不密实。基于超声CT(计算机断层扫描)测试技术,考虑延时修正,采用迭代重构算法(SIRT算法)识别不同区域的波速,测试波形钢腹板组合箱梁底板角钢剪力键部位的混凝土密实性。研究结果表明,超声CT测试技术能够图形化显示测试区的混凝土波速场,可直观判别测区混凝土缺陷的分布范围;采用A1~A10共10个发射测点和B1~B10共10个接收测点,单个测区测得100组数据的超声CT测试方案,能有效反演测区的混凝土波速场,即能有效识别混凝土材质的不均匀性;4个测区的测试结果表明所测桥梁的相应部位混凝土浇筑较为密实,无混凝土浇筑不密实现象。研究可为波形钢腹板组合桥梁的施工质量评估方法提供参考。
There are usually upper flanges in bottom plate shear bonds of corrugated steel webs box girders,and the existence of upper flanges and dense reinforcement lead to poor concrete placement.Based on the ultrasonic CT testing technology,considering the delay correction,the iterative reconstruction algorithm(SIRT algorithm)is used to identify the wave velocity in different regions,and the concrete compactness of the corner steel shear bond of the bottom plate of the corrugated steel web composite box girder is tested.The results show that the ultrasonic CT testing technology can graphically display the concrete wave velocity field in the testing area and visually discriminate the distribution range of concrete defects in the testing area;the ultrasonic CT testing scheme,which uses 10 launching points of A1~A10 and 10 receiving points of B1~B10 and 100 sets of data measured in a single measuring area,can effectively retrieve the concrete wave velocity field in the testing area,that is,can effectively identify the concrete material quality.The test results in four test areas show that the concrete placement in the corresponding parts of the bridge is relatively dense,and there is no phenomenon of concrete placement not dense.The study can provide a reference for the construction quality evaluation method of corrugated steel web composite bridge.
