波形钢腹板嵌入式连接件力学性能试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 波形钢腹板组合梁桥的腹板与顶、底板的连接部位是设计的关键,直接关系到桥梁的承载能力。为了比较结合钢带板嵌入式连接件与结合钢筋嵌入式连接件的力学性能,给连接件设计提供参考,设计了2组共6个嵌入式连接件的推出试件,进行推出试验,研究嵌入式连接件的破坏机理和极限承载力等,并用数值模拟方法对试验进行模拟。研究结果表明,导致连接件破坏的原因为孔中混凝土榫被剪坏以及波形钢腹板周围的混凝土被压碎;结合钢带板嵌入式连接件与结合钢筋嵌入式连接件相比,抗剪承载力有所提高;有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合良好;现有公式计算值比试验结果低了接近30%,偏于保守,且过高地估计了结合钢带板对连接件抗剪承载力的加强作用,需进一步研究以对现有公式的部分参数进行适当修正。 The joints of the webs and the top plates and those of the webs and the bottom plates of a composite girder with corrugated steel webs are very crucial in bridge design ,which has direct association with the bearing capacity of the bridge .To make a comparison of the mechanical performance of the embedded connectors with binding steel strips and those with binding steel bars and provide references for connector design ,a total of six embedded connectors that were put into two groups were designed for the push-out test ,with the intension of examining the deterioration mechanism and ultimate load bearing capacity of embedded connectors .The push-out test was sim-ulated using the numerical simulation method .The results of the study demonstrated that it is the failure of the concrete tenons in the holes under the action of shear force and the crash of the con -crete around the corrugated steel webs that lead to the damage of the connectors .In contrast to the embedded connectors with binding steel bars ,the shear bearing capacity of the embedded connec-tors with binding steel strips showed signs of improvement .The results of finite element analysis were in good agreement with the results of the test .The calculated values obtained using the exist-ing formulae were 30% lower than those from the test ,which was considered to be a little conser-vative and overestimate the strengthening effect of binding steel strips on the shear bearing capacity of connectors .Further study should be done so as to make proper modification to some parameters of the existing formulae .
