摘要
钢-混凝土组合梁是在钢结构和混凝土结构基础上发展起来的一种新型结构型式。文中以实际工程为例,分析了钢混固结段施工重点及难点,探讨了项目涉及的固结段钢垫板定位加工、固结段钢构件加工运输定位预埋、固结段钢筋绑扎、PBL键施工、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉封锚等工艺,以保证施工精度和安全,确保施工质量。
Steel-concrete composite beam is a new type of structure developed on the basis of steel and concrete structures.Taking the actual project as an example,this paper analyzes the key points and difficulties in the construction of the steel-concrete consolidation section,and discusses the positioning and processing of the steel base plate in the consolidation section,the processing and transportation of the steel members in the consolidation section,the positioning and embedding of the reinforcement in the consolidation section,the PBL key construction,the concrete pouring,the pre-stressed tension anchor sealing and other processes involved in the project,so as to ensure the construction accuracy and safety and ensure the construction quality.
