大跨宽幅波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥施工关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥跨度不断增大,大跨宽幅波形钢腹板pc箱梁桥施工中波形钢腹板吊装定位、内衬及底板质量控制、横隔板临时支撑等关键技术问题亟需进一步完善。本文结合港珠澳大桥珠海连接线工程前山河特大桥施工,介绍了首块波形钢腹板吊装及支撑固定技术;提出了适用于跨河长悬臂波形钢腹板施工的新型拖吊结合式挂篮结构;讨论了内衬混凝土及底板施工质量控制措施,并提出内衬混凝土"内撑外拉"式模板结构及底板降温、挂篮底板后吊点布置方案;指出了横隔板部位临时替代支撑的必要性,为大跨宽幅波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥施工技术推广应用提供参考和借鉴。 With the span of PC box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs becoming longer and longer in our country, the key construction techniques of long-span and broad-width PC box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, such as the hoisting and positioning of corrugated steel webs, construction quality control of concrete lining in corrugated steel webs and bottom slab, temporary support of diaphragm plate, need to be further improved urgently. In this paper, combined with the construction of Qianshan River Super-large Bridge in Zhuhai connecting line engineering of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the hoisting and positioning technology of the first corrugated steel web was introduced. The new type of hanging basket for carrying and hoisting corrugated steel webs, which was applied in cross-river and long-cantilever construction, was presented. The quality control measures of concrete lining in corrugated steel webs and bottom slab had been discussed, meanwhile, the schemes of “internal supporting and external tensioning” formwork structure of concrete lining in corrugated steel webs and concrete cooling as well as hanging basket back lifting point layout had been also presented. The necessity of the temporary replacement support at the diaphragm plate had been pointed out. All the effective measures could be used as an important reference for promotion and application on construction techniques of long-span and broad- width PC box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs.
