摘要 如今铁路桥梁建设中大跨度连续刚构桥施工日益增多,本文详细阐述了织毕铁路架盖河特大桥0#块托架设计与施工过程。根据0#块浇筑重量利用迈达斯计算软件建立整体模型分析托架受力,使其满足结构强度、刚度、稳定性的要求;提出预埋牛腿局部压应力计算模型;托架构件制作全部在加工场预制,通过墩顶预埋承托牛腿、精轧螺纹钢锁定装置使托架与墩身稳固传力,取消高空焊接作业,保证了托架安装质量,简化了高空作业,可供类似工程参考。 Todays railway bridge in the construction of long span continuous rigid frame bridge construction is increasing. This paper describes in detail the design and construction process of Jiagaihe Bridge No. 0 block bracket in Zhijin-Bijie Railway. According to the pouring weight of No. 0 block, we use Midas calculation software to establish the model and ana- lyze the force of bracket for meeting the requirements of structural strength, stiffness and stability. The paper proposes the embedded corbel local stress calculation modal. The bracket component is prefabricated entirely in the processing field. Through the piertop embedded bearing bracket and bar locking device, the bracket and the pier deliver strength firmly. Aerial welding work was canceled to ensure the bracket installation quality and simplify the upper air works. It can provide some references for the similar projects concerned.
