摘要 南龙铁路闽江特大桥主桥为(118+216+138+83)m大跨度双线铁路刚构连续梁,主墩为刚壁墩,刚构连续梁0#块总高度18.83 m,砼方量1995 m^3,为超高超大体积0#块施工,施工技术、质量控制要求高。本文介绍采用装配式三角托架与贝雷梁组合进行超高大体积0#块施工技术,重点介绍托架结构设计、安装及大体积混凝土浇筑等施工关键技术,施工方便,安全质量可靠,为类似工程施工提供借鉴作用。 The super-large bridge over the Mingjiang River on Nanlong Railway is a long-span rigid frame continuous beam with a main double-track railway bridge of (118 +216 + 138 +83)m. The main pier is a rigid wall one, the total height of the 0# block is 18.83 m, and the concrete volume is 1 995 m3. The requirements are high for construction technology and quality control since it is an ultra-high and large-volume 0# block construction. This paper describes the construction technology of ultra-high and large-volume O# block by combining a fabricated triangular bracket with a Bray beam. The key construction technologies, such as bracket structure design, installation and mass concrete pouring, are presented. The construction is convenient and safe, and the quality is reliable. It could provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
