步进电机梯形加减速曲线规划控制实验系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对煤矿生产现场步进电机的实际使用工况,设计了一套可以实现梯形加减速曲线规划的步进电机控制器及控制系统。介绍了系统的整体硬件组成、软硬件优化的脉冲可控输出方法,以及在线式梯形加减速曲线规划算法实现原理。实际测试表明,该控制系统可以对步进电机的启停和速度变化进行平稳精确的控制,在煤矿工况环境下,带动大负载进行频繁往复运动时也不会出现失步和过冲现象,具有较高的应用价值。 According to the actual working condition of the stepping motor in the coal mine production site,a set of stepping motor controller and control system which can realize the planning of the acceleration and deceleration curve of the ladder type was designed.Introduced the whole hardware composition of the system,the method of pulse controlled output optimized by software and hardware,and the realization principle of online trapezoid acceleration and deceleration curve planning algorithm.The actual test shows that the controller can control the start and stop of the stepping motor and the speed change smoothly and accurately.Under the working condition of the coal mine,when the large load is driven to and fro frequently,there will be no out of step and overshoot phenomenon,which has high application value.
