基于Modbus和嵌入式的步进电机控制设计

摘要 多电机联网综合控制是现代模块化电机系统设计通常存在的问题,如何实现多电机的可靠、简单同步操作是必须要考虑的问题。现阐述了一种利用嵌入式芯片STM32F103结合电机专用驱动芯片,利用Modbus RTU协议进行组网通讯传送数据、命令,并通过该通讯机制进行电机控制器开发,搭建了一套多驱动器协同工作的运动控制系统。该系统可实现主站同时对多电机进行控制,并且该控制系统兼容传统工业控制器接口RS485。 Multi-motor networking integrated control is a problem often encountered in the design of modern modular motor systems.How to achieve reliable and simple synchronous operation of multiple motors is a problem that must be considered.By expounding a set of motion control system that uses the embedded chip STM32F103 combined with the motor-specific driver chip,uses the Modbus RTU protocol for network communication to transmit data and commands,uses this communication mechanism to develop the motor controller,and builds a set of motion control systems that work together with multiple drives.Using this system,the master station can control multiple motors at the same time,and the control system is compatible with the traditional industrial controller interface RS485.
