摘要
目的:观察黄连甘草汤加减对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年5月~2019年5月我院收治的102例ROU患者作为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以黄连甘草汤加减治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前、治疗2周后两组患者中医证候积分、溃疡面积、溃疡愈合时间、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、血清炎性因子[白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-10)、白介素17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及生活质量[中医复发性口腔溃疡患者报告结局(PRO)量表]变化情况。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者中医证候积分、溃疡面积、溃疡愈合时间、VAS评分、血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、TNF-α水平及PRO评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:黄连甘草汤加减对ROU有明显的治疗作用,能改善患者临床症状,减轻主观疼痛感,缩短病程,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Huanglian Gancao Decoction on levels of serum inflammatory factors for patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods:A total of 102 ROU patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and controlled group, with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the controlled group were treated with conventional western medicine while the patients in the observation group were treated with Huanglian Gancao Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.The TCM syndromes scores, ulcer area, ulcer healing time, pain level [visual analogue scale(VAS)], serum inflammatory factors [interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin 10(IL-10), interleukin-17(IL-17), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)] and quality of life [Chinese medicine recurrent oral ulcer patients reported outcomes(PRO) scale] were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndromes scores, ulcer area, ulcer healing time, VAS score, levels of serum IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 and TNF-α and PRO score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huanglian Gancao Decoction has obvious therapeutic effects on ROU, and it can improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the subjective pain, shorten the course of disease, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and improve the quality of life of patients.
