摘要
采用正交试验法研究乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间和提取次数4个因素对金银花提取液中绿原酸含量的影响。该方法不需要绿原酸标准物。结果表明,乙醇的浓度对绿原酸的含量有显著影响。
The effect of four factors on the concentration of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle＇s extraction with orthogonal test is examined. The four factors are the concentration of ethanol, volume of solvent, extraction hour and extraction times. This method does not need chlorogonic acid. The results show that the concentration of ethanol has an apparent effect on the concentration of chlorogenic acid.
