摘要
采用三价铁离子还原法、羟自由基(·OH)体系和二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)体系对金银花提取液和绿原酸标准品抗氧化活性进行研究,以抗坏血酸为对照。结果表明:金银花提取液清除·OH和DPPH·的能力最强,对·OH半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.0273mg/ml,提取液的绿原酸浓度为0.006mg/ml时对DPPH·的抑制率达80%;而绿原酸标准品的还原能力要大于金银花提取液(2.66倍)和抗坏血酸(2.42倍);绿原酸为金银花提取液抗氧化作用的主要物质。
The antioxidant activities of honeysuclde extract and chlorogenic acid were evaluated by ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assay, hydroxyl free radical array and DPPH free radical assay using vitamin C as the reference. Results showed that honeysuckle extract had strong scavenging capacity for hydroxyl and DPPH free radicals. The IC50 of honeysuckle extract for scavenging hydroxyl free radicals was 0.0273 mg/ml. The scavenging rate of honeysuckle extract for DPPH free radicals was 80% when its chlorogenic acid content was 0.006 mg/ml. Meanwhile, the reducing power of chlorogenic acid standard was 2.66- fold and 2.42-fold stronger than that of honeysuckle extract and vitamin C, respectively. Therefore, chlorogenic acid is the major antioxidant component in honeysuckle extract.
