摘要
采用溶剂萃取方法,以石油醚作为溶剂,对香蓼浸膏提取工艺进行研究。通过研究不同采收时间、提取部位、浸提方法、浸提时间和栽培品种对香蓼浸膏得率及香气质量的影响,优化香蓼浸膏的提取工艺。结果显示:9、10月份为香蓼采收的最佳时期,且该时期采收的果穗浸膏得率明显高于其他部位;静浸2 h加溶剂循环淋洗4 h可以在最短时间得到高品质的香蓼浸膏,得率高达1.0%。
The extraction technology of extractum of Polyonum Viscoum Buch-Hamlt was studied by the way of solvent extraction using petroleum ether as solvent. Different harvest time, extracted parts, extraction methods, extraction time and cultivars were studied to investigate their influence on the extraction yield and aroma quality of Polyonum Viscoum Buch-Hamlt extractum, and then optimised the extraction process of extractum. Our results showed that the best time to harvest Polyonum Viscoum Buch-Hanal is between September and October, and the extraction yield of clusters which picked in this time is significantly higher than the other parts. Static extraction for 2 hours in combination with solvent circulation for 4 hours would obtain the higher extraction yield and better aroma quality in the shortest possible time, the extraction yield was 1.0 %.
