摘要
目的探讨三伏贴配合督灸治疗AS对患者CRP、ESR水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年8月娄底市中心医院收治的40例AS患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片及塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用三伏贴配合督灸治疗,连续治疗40 d,治疗结束后随访12个月。观察患者ASAS 20/40达标情况及中医临床疗效;评估患者临床症状改善情况;检测并比较两组患者血清ESR、CRP水平。结果治疗12个月后两组患者ASAS20/40达标比例均显著高于治疗完成时,且观察组治疗完成时、6个月、12个月后ASAS20达标患者比例及治疗12个月后ASAS40达标比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗6个月、12个月后两组患者的夜间疼痛评分、PGA评分、BASDAI评分及观察组治疗完成时、6个月后夜间疼痛评分、PGA评分均显著低于治疗前,其中治疗完成时后观察组患者夜间疼痛、PGA评分及治疗6个月后夜间疼痛评分均显著低于对照组;与治疗前比较,治疗12个月后两组患者血清CRP、ESR水平显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间血清CRP、ESR水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三伏贴配合督灸治疗AS疗效突出,可降低患者血清ESR、CRP水平,缓解疼痛,减轻晨僵程度,提高患者生活质量,且疗效稳定。
Objective To investigate the efiect of Sanfu moxibustion combined with Du-Moxibustion on AS in CRP and ESR levels.Methods 40 patients with AS admitted to Loudi Central Hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,20 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets and celecoxib cepsules.The patients in the observation group were treated with Sanfu moxibustion combined with Du-Moxibustion for 40 days of continuous treatment.They were followed up for 12 months after the treatment.The ASAS 20/40 compliance status of the patients and the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine were observed,the improvement of the patients' clinical symptoms were evaluated,the serum ESR and CRP levels of the two groups of patients were detected and compared.Results After 12 months of treatment,the ratio of ASAS20/40 in the two groups were higher than that in treat completed significantly the proportion of patients in the observation group after treat completed,6 months,and 12 months were higher than those in the control groiqj significantly(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control grou significantly p;After 12 months of treatment,the night pain scores,PGA scores,BASDAI scores of the two groups of patients and the night pain scores and PGA scores of the observation group after treat completed and 6 months of treatment were lower than before treatment significantly,among them,the night pain,PGA score of the observation group after treat completed of treatment and the night pain score of 6 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group significantly;compared with before treatment,serum CRP and ESR levels of two groups of patients decreased after 12 months of treatment significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum CRP and ESR levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanfu moxibustion
