摘要
医疗机构中药饮片的质量直接影响中医临床疗效及老百姓的用药安全。由于中药饮片的自身特性,国家对医疗机构中药饮片的采购方式没有统一的规定。多数医院实行自行采购和内部招标采购。医疗机构如何保证中药饮片旳质量、价格和保证供应,值得研究。本文介绍广州市中西医结合医院在多年的经验,坚持公平、公开、公正、质量第一、价格合理的原则形成的中药饮片议价招标采购流程,供中医类医院同行经验交流和借鉴。
The quality of traditional Chinese medicine in medical institutions directly affects the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the safety of medication for the common people.Because of its own characteristics,the state has no uniform regulations on the procurement methods of Chinese herbal in medical institutions.Most hospitals carry out self-procurement and internal bidding procurement.How to ensure the quality,price and supply of Chinese herbal in medical institutions is worth studying.This paper introduces the bidding and purchasing process experience of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,insist on fairness,openness,impartiality,quality first and reasonable price,for the exchange and reference of the experience of colleagues in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
