摘要
当今社会,随着经济的发展,人们的法律意识、自我保护意识、自我维权意识不断增强,使得医患、护患关系日益紧张。当前形势下护理教育中人文教育的缺乏,护理人员的人文素质不高、沟通协调能力不强,从而导致护患关系更加紧张。现今社会是"以人为本"的社会,医学服务模式要求我们在护理过程中增强人文关怀和改变护理教育理念。人文素质的提高可以让护理专业人士彰显高尚的职业道德情操,培养出较好的医德医风,同时也可以树立"以患者为中心"的意识。所以在护理教学中人文关怀的深入及人文素质的提高尤为必要。
In today’s society,with the development of economy,people’s legal awareness,sense of self-protection and consciousness of rights safeguarding are strengthening,which have led to increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship and nurse-patient relationship.In the current situation,the lack of humanities education in nursing education,the low humanistic quality of nursing staff,and their weak communication and coordination ability have led to a more tense relationship between nurses and patients.Today’s society is a"people-oriented"society.The medical service model requires us to enhance humanistic care and change nursing education concepts in the process of nursing care.The improvement of humanistic quality can allow nursing professionals to show their noble professional ethics and cultivate a better medical ethics,and establish a"patient-oriented"consciousness.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to strengthen humanistic care and improve humanistic quality in nursing education.
