摘要 目的编制护生职业成熟度问卷,并检测其信度和效度。方法运用访谈法、专家咨询法和文献法编制原始问卷,并运用调查法对438名护生进行测试,系统分析问卷的信效度。结果主成分分析结果显示,护生职业成熟度问卷包含7个因子,分别是:职业认同、职业挫折应对、职业目标、职业自我调控、职业参照、职业自主和职业价值。共29个条目,累计贡献率56.6%。问卷的Cronbach'sα系数、分半信度、重测信度分别是0.862、0.824和0.752。结论该问卷有较好的信效度,可以作为评价护生职业发展水平的工具。 Objective To develop the career maturity questionnaire for nursing students,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The original questionnaire was developed by interview,experts consulting and literature review methods. Totally 438 nursing students were investigated in order to systematically analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The results of statistical analysis indicated that the career maturity questionnaire for nursing students had seven factors including career identity,coping with career frustration,career destination,career self-adjustment,career consulting,career self-determination and career value,there were totally 29 items,56.6% total variance explained. The reliability index of Cronbach's ot,Guttman split-half and test-retest were 0.862,0.824 and 0.752 respectively. The validity index of self-acceptance questionnaire and general self-efficiency scale were 0.369 and 0.385 respectively. Conclusion The career maturity questionnaire for nursing students has good reliability and validity. It is an assessment tool for the level of career development of nursing students.
