摘要
以中国文化背景下的高职生为研究对象,运用实证方法,调查、了解家庭环境等因素对高职生职业成熟度的影响。研究结果表明,父母教育程度、父母职业、家庭月收入水平、依恋类型等因素,对其职业成熟度均有不同程度的影响。因此,应采取有效措施,加强高职生职业成熟度的培养。
With higher vocational students under the background of Chinese culture, this study adopts the empirical method, in- vestigates and explores the influence of factors like family environment on higher vocational students' professional maturity. The result shows that factors like parents' education degree, their vocation, family income, and attachment type exert influence on higher vocation- al students' professional maturity to varying degree. Hence, effective measures should be taken to strengthen the cultivation of higher vocational students' professional maturity.
