摘要
综述了尺寸排阻色谱、离子交换色谱、亲和色谱和亲水作用色谱对单一聚合度壳寡糖的分离应用,比较和梳理了四种类型的分析色谱柱产品和小试层析柱的实验效果,讨论了其在实际应用中存在的寡糖类型限制和放大可行性等问题,对分离性能更高的混合模式色谱和模拟移动床色谱的潜在应用进行了展望。
Four kinds of chromatographic separation technology applied in chitooligosaccharides with single DP were introduced firstly,including size exclusion chromatography,ion exchange chromatography,affinity chromatography and hydrophilic interaction chromatography.The corresponding commercial analytical column and lab-scale chromatographic column were illustrated and compared,respectively.Additionally,the existed disadvantages like limitation of oligosaccharides and feasibility of scale-up were discussed demonstrably.At the end,the mix-mode chromatography and simulated moving bed chromatography were put forward to make the prospects for future research.
