壳寡糖的生理作用及其在肉鸡生产中的应用

摘要 壳寡糖是一类水溶性好、生物容性高、低毒性、易被肠道吸收的小分子化合物,经壳聚糖脱乙酰化制备后,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎等多种生理作用。作为新型饲料添加剂,壳寡糖在改善动物生产等方面具有显著作用,能够有效改善生产性能,提高畜产品品质,符合健康养殖的发展趋势。因此,文章综述了壳寡糖的理化特性和生理功能,从肉质、免疫功能、生长性能、肠道屏障方面阐述壳寡糖在肉鸡生产中的作用,旨在为壳寡糖作为一种绿色、高效的饲料添加剂应用于肉鸡生产提供参考。 Chito-oligosaccharide is a class of small molecule compounds with good water solubility,high biocapacitivity,low toxicity,and easy intestinal absorption,which are prepared by chitosan deacetylation and have various physiological effects such as antibacterial,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory.As a new feed additive,chito-oligosaccharide has a significant role in improving the production of animals,which can effectively improve production performance and product quality,which is in line with the development trend of healthy breeding.Therefore,the paper reviews the physicochemical properties and physiological functions of chito-oligosaccharides,and expounds the role of chito-oligosaccharides in broiler production from meat quality,immune function,growth performance,and intestinal barrier,aiming to provide a reference for chito-oligosaccharides to be used as a green and efficient feed additive in broiler production.
