摘要
目的:研究壳寡糖,N-乙酰氨基单糖对糖尿病大鼠的血脂的影响和对肝脏的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射STZ制备糖尿病大鼠模型,连续60 d灌胃壳寡糖和N-乙酰氨基单糖水溶液,研究壳寡糖,N-乙酰氨基单糖对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠降低餐后2 h血糖的作用。并对血脂和肝功能等指标进行测定,肝脏做病理组织学检查。结果:壳寡糖,N-乙酰氨基单糖能不同程度的改善糖尿病大鼠的体重减轻、多饮、多食等症状,降低餐后2 h血糖值和尿糖。壳寡糖,N-乙酰氨基单糖可以显著降低血清中载脂蛋白B、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、间接胆红素、N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的浓度,并提高血清中载脂A1/载脂B、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比、谷草/谷丙比值。不同剂量的壳寡糖,N-乙酰氨基单糖对肝脏均有保护作用。结论:壳寡糖和N-乙酰氨基单糖可以应用于糖尿病肝病的治疗。
Aim:To detect the effect of chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine on disturbing plasma lipid and protecting liver ability in diabetic rats. Methods: The diabetic model of Wistar rats was duplicated with STZ once intraperitoneally.The diabetes treating groups were administered chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine daily on 60 successive days.The 2 h plasma glucose were examined after 60 days.The activity of plasma fats and index about the function of liver in plasma of DM rats induced by STZ were measured after 60 days.The tissue slice of liver were stained by HE.Results: Chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine have prominent effect on the general clinical symptom of DM rats,decrease the 2hPG and urine glucose.Chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine decrease the level of ApoA1、ALT、AST、TBIL、IBIL、NAG in plasma,increase the level of A1/B、TP、ALB、GLO、A/G、AST/ALT,compared with DM group had significant difference.All dose of chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine have protective effects on liver.Conclusion:Chitooligosaccharides and N-acetylglucosamine can be used in the treatment of protecting liver in diabetes mellitus.
