摘要
目的:观察补肺益肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚型患者的干预效果并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取本院门诊就诊的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚型患者,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例;对照组患者使用噻托溴铵雾化吸入剂,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用补肺益肾汤口服,两组均连续治疗3个月;观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能、临床症状(CAT评分)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等指标的变化。结果:观察组肺功能、CAT评分改善均明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),TNF-α水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:补肺益肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚型患者能有效改善肺功能和临床症状,减轻炎症反应。
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Bufei Yishen Decoction on chronic obstruction pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable phase belonging to deficiency of lung and kidney Qi Syndrome and explore the mechanism.Methods:60 Cases with COPD at stable phase of deficiency of lung and kidney Qi Syndrome were divided into control and observation groups according to random number table,each group contained 30 cases,control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of Tiotropium bromide,observation group was given Bufei Yishen Decoction combined with aerosol inhalation of Tiotropium bromide,the treatment course was 3 months,pulmonary function(FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC),CAT score and serum TNF-αwere detected before and after treatment.Results:The improvement of pulmonary function indexes FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,CAT score in observation group were more significant than those of control group(P<0.05);Serum TNF-αlevel of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Yishen Decoction can effectively improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammation.
