摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)的血清表达水平及临床意义。方法分别测定36例老年健康人群(对照组)和28例老年急性加重期患者(实验组)血清hsCRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平,并采用SPSS13.0统计学软件包进行非配对t检验。结果对照组hsCRP、TNF-a、IL-6的血清浓度值明显低于实验组,两者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论hsCRP、TNF-α、IL-6在慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期明显增高,提示hsCRP、TNF-α、IL-6可能参与了AECOPD的发病过程。 Objective To detect the expression of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and tumor necrosis factor-ahpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the blood serum of the elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD), and explore the clinical significance of hsCRP and TNF-α and IL-6 in AECOPD. Methods To detect the expression of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and tumor necrosis factor-ahpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the blood serum of the elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD), and explore the clinical significance of hsCRP and TNF-α and IL-6 in AECOPD. Results The concentration of hsCRP and TNF-α and IL-6 in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group(P=0.000). Conclusion The expression level of hsCRP and TNF-α and IL-6 in the serum of elderly patients with AECOPD increased evidently at its acute exacerbation phrase, which suggests that hsCRP and TNF-α and IL-6 may be involved in the pathogenesis of AECOPD.
