摘要
强有力的课程教学团队是实现开放教育内涵式发展的重要支撑。通过云南开放大学开放教育法学专业课程教学团队建设实践,发现阻碍课程教学团队发展的主要因素有课程教学团队建设不平衡、缺乏约束激励机制、团队合作意识不强、团队建设参与积极性不高等,需要从定位符合实际、分步进行建设、建好专业核心课程、建立协同信任的工作机制、完善管理和激励机制、塑造团队文化等方面来建设好开放教育课程教学团队。
A strong curriculum teaching team is an important support to realize the connotative development of open education.Through the practice of teaching team construction of open education law major in Yunnan Open University,we find the main factors hindering the development of the curriculum teaching team are unbalanced curriculum team construction,lack of constraint incentive mechanism,weak team cooperation awareness and low team building participation enthusiasm.Treated with these,we need to build a curriculum teaching team for the open education in terms of positioning in line with reality,constructing in stages,building professional core courses,establishing a collaborative trust working mechanism,improving management and incentive mechanisms and building team culture.
