摘要 目的了解忻州市流感病毒人间活动的分布情况及变化趋势,为今后流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2014~2019年度忻州市流感病原学监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2014年4月至2019年3月忻州市国家流感网络实验室共检测流感样病例样本3 517份,阳性539份,总阳性率为15.32%。其中新甲1亚型144份(26.72%),甲型H3N2亚型242份(44.90%),乙型Yamagata亚型75份(13.91%),乙型Victoria亚型78份(14.47%)。2017~2018年度流行强度最高,2018~2019年度次之,2014~2015年度最低,各年度核酸阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。每年11月至次年3月均有1个流感病毒检出的显著高峰,4~9、10月至次年3月的阳性率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。15~24岁人群流感病毒检出率最高,为19.60%,不同年龄组阳性率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2014~2019监测年度流感流行强度保持平稳,不同监测年度流行高峰期病原优势株交替流行。 Objective To understand the circulating distribution of influenza virus in humans and its yearly changes in Xinzhou city during 2014-2019,so as to provide scientific evidence for further prevention and control of influenza.Methods The data of pathogenic surveillance for influenza in Xinzhou city during 2014-2019 was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 3517 Influenza-like cases(ILI)samples were tested on the National Influenza Network Laboratory from April 2014 to March 2019 in Xinzhou city,539 positive samples were detected,with the positive rate of 15.32%,including 144(26.72%)H1 N1,242(44.90%)H3 N2,75(13.91%)influence B Yamagata and 78(14.47%)influenza B Victoria respectively.The epidemic intensity was the highest in 2017-2018,followed by 2018-2019,and the lowest in 2014-2015.There were significant differences in the positive rate of nucleic acid among years(P<0.01).There is a big peak in each November to next March,the positive rates in April-September and October-March were statistically significant(P<0.01).People aged 15-24 years old had the highest positive rate(19.60%),there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate among different age groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The influenza epidemic is stable during 2014-2019,and different sub-type virus prevails alternatively in the peaks of different years.
