摘要
从职业教育、产业结构的特点入手,审视职业教育与产业结构的辩证关系,梳理德国职业教育与产业结构协调发展的具体做法,分析美国职业教育与产业结构协调一致的法律政策,探究当前我国职业教育与产业结构的匹配问题。针对发现的问题——职业教育的人才层次结构与产业结构不协调、职业教育的人才能力结构与产业发展需求人才能力结构不匹配、职业教育的专业结构与产业结构存在不协调的问题,借鉴德国、美国职业教育与产业结构协调一致的经验,提出解决我国职业教育与产业结构协调性的对策建议:借助法律政策推动职业教育匹配产业结构,借助建设产教融合型企业建立产教"对话"机制,借助现代科技精准判断和协调产业需求,借助职业教育体系,完善提升人才培养层次。
Starting from the characteristics of vocational education and industrial structure,this paper examines the dialectical relationship between vocational education and industrial structure,sorts out the specific practices concerning the coordinated development of vocational education and industrial structure in Germany,analyzes the legal policies with regard to the coordinated development of vocational education and industrial structure in the United States,and probes into the matching problem of vocational education and industrial structure in current China.In view of the problems found,such as the inconsistency of talent hierarchy and industrial structure,the mismatch between the structure of talent ability in vocational education and the demand in industrial development,the incoordination between the professional structure and industrial structure,and by referring to the experience of coordination between vocational education and industrial structure in Germany and the United States,this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the coordination between vocational education and industrial structure in China:promote vocational education to match the industrial structure by laws and policies,establish the“dialogue”mechanism of industry and education with the help of the construction of industry and education integrated enterprises,accurately judge and coordinate industrial needs via modern science and technology,and improve the level of talent training through a better vocational education system.
