摘要
构建与杭州区域经济协调发展的职教体系，要根据经济转型与产业升级需要，制定规划、明确目标和原则，科学构建职教体系框架；根据现代服务业、先进制造业及相关产业发展规划，调整各层次职教规模、专业及地域分布，使职教链与产业链无缝“对接”，职业教育与区域经济良性“互动”；根据人的全面发展要求和人才成长规律．实施校企合作教育模式，构建覆盖城乡的技术人才培养“立交桥”。
To build a vocational education system that matches the development of the regional economy of Hangzhou, we must construct a carefully planed and clearly-targeted one, attaching importance to economy transformation and industry upgrade. The system must be a perfect link between the industries and such education, a link that takes into consideration the development plan for the modern tertial industry and advanced manufacturing industry, the adjustment of the scales of vocational education at all levels, and the speeiahies and their geographic locations, so that there will be a sound interaction between vocational education and regional economy. Such a system must also cater to the all-round requirements of human development and agree with the principles of talent making. In addition, we also need to put into practice the school-enterprise cooperation model, which will be part of the educational ＂overpass＂ that joins the countryside with the city proper.
