摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径带教运用于手术室护理教学中效果评价。方法选择从2018年4月-2019年10月于医院手术室实习的护生74名,按照奇偶法的方式将其划分成观察组与参照组,每组各37名。其中参照组开展常规带教,观察组在此基础之上开展临床护理路径带教。对两组护生实习效果、理论知识、操作技能等进行数据统计对比。结果两组操作技能与理论知识数据统计结果分析,观察组操作技能与理论知识评分均高于参照组各项评分,经过t值检验后,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;实习护生实习效果研究结果评判,两组实习护生实习效果对比具有明显差异,观察组各项评分均高于参照组,经过t值检验后,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论于手术室护理教学当中开展临床路径带教模式,可全面提升护生整体实习的效果,其理论知识与操作技能均具有明显上升。
Objective To explore the effect evaluation of clinical nursing pathways in teaching and nursing teaching in operating room.Methods Seventy-four nursing students who were interned in the operating room of our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to the parity method,with 37 in each group.Among them,the reference group carries out regular teaching,and the observation group conducts clinical nursing path teaching on this basis.Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups of nursing students’internship effects,theoretical knowledge,and operational skills.Results The statistical results of the two groups of operational skills and theoretical knowledge data were analyzed.The operating skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group.After the t-value test,there was statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05).The results of the study on the results of the internship were judged.There was a significant difference in the internship effect between the two groups.The scores of the observation group were higher than the reference group.After the t-value test,the statistical significance of the group was P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching mode in the operating room nursing teaching can comprehensively improve the overall practice of nursing students,and its theoretical knowledge and operational skills have significantly increased.
