摘要
护理实训教学能够帮助学生强化基本的护理技能,增强学生的实践能力,提升学生的综合素质还能培养他们的创新意识,为医疗卫生机构、临床护理和社区护理等职位提供专业的高素质人才。实训教学不同于传统的教学方式,更加注重教学方法的深化改革,也更有利于学生综合素质的提高。本文对应用型人才培养的护理实训教学改革中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对性的提出了改进的措施。
Nursing practice teaching can strengthen basic nursing skills of students,enhance their practical ability,improve comprehensive qualities,and cultivate innovative consciousness,to provide professional quality talents for medical and health institutions,clinical nursing and community nursing positions.Different from traditional teaching methods,practical training pays more attention to deepening reform of teaching methods,which is more conducive to comprehensive qualityimprovement of students.The article analyzes problems existing in nursing practical teaching reform of training application-oriented talents and puts forward improvement measures.
