摘要
整车动力性经济性对标分析是轻型卡车设计与制造过程中的必经阶段,也是评价整车综合性能的重要手段。以公司开发的Mule车和标杆车型为研究对象,首先,基于AVL Cruise软件对Mule车和标杆车型分别进行正向建模与仿真,得出不同工况下整车的动力性经济性理论参数;其次,通过6t载荷工况下仿真数据与试验数据的对比分析,验证了动力匹配数据的准确性和整车模型的正确性;最后,通过各工况下动力性经济性仿真数据对比,验证了Mule车各工况下动力性经济性参数总体优于标杆车型,满足设计目标。
Benchmark of vehicle's performance and fuel consumption is a necessary stage in the designing and manufacturing process of light trucks,and also an important means of evaluating the overall performance of the vehicle.Take a developed Mule cars as an object and benchmark model are selected.Firstly,the Mule cars and benchmark model were for further modeled and simulated to generate theoretical parameters of the vehicle's performance and fuel consumption under different load conditions based on Cruise.Secondly,by comparing the simulation data and test data under 6 tons load conditions the accuracy of the power matching data and the correctness of the model were verified.Finally,through the comparison of the vehicle's performance and fuel consumption under different working conditions,the mule car is proved to be generally better than that of the bench car under various load conditions,which meets the design goals.
