节能车传动系统关键部件的计算及分析

摘要 传动系统是汽车底盘部分的重要组成,其性能优劣将产生较大影响。根据节能竞技大赛赛事规则和赛道情况,通过Cruise完成传动系统传动比的匹配,结合传动比和赛车驱动形式完成节能车传动系统关键部件如离合器、大小链轮等的计算与设计,利用CAE分析软件对离合器及小链轮进行强度校核,经分析满足材料强度要求。当传动比为7.1时,其燃油经济性为231.77 km/L,0~60 km/h加速时间为18.85 s,在保证动力性的前提下完成经济性的最优,达到节能要求。 The transmission system is an important part of car chassis, and its performance has a great impact on the car’s performance.According to the competition rules and track conditions of the Energy Conservation Competition, complete the matching of the transmission ratio of the transmission system by using Cruise. Combined with the transmission ratio and racing driving forms, complete the calculation and design of the key assembly of the energy-saving vehicle transmission system, such as clutches, sprockets, etc. Use the CAE analysis software to check the strength of the clutch and the small sprocket, and the material strength requirements were met after analysis. When the transmission ratio is 7.1, its fuel economy is 231.77 km/L, and the acceleration time of 0-60 km/h is 18.85 s. Under the premise of ensuring power performance, it achieves the best economic efficiency and meets energy-saving requirements.
