摘要
为了解决固体火箭发动机静力试验工装虚拟装配时由于重复建模导致的设计周期长、效率低等问题,对建模软件二次开发,实现工装的参数化建模方法。该方法利用Visual Basic语言,在编程平台Visual Studio上设计相关应用程序来实现。最后以静力试验中部分常用的工装构件和整体试验结构为例,验证设计的可行性。最终结果表明该方法可以方便快捷的修改、重建模型。
In order to solve the problems of long design cycle and low efficiency caused by repeated modeling during the virtual assembly of the static test tooling of solid rocket motor,the modeling software was redeveloped.Through the Visual Basic language,design related applications on the programming platform Visual Studio to realize the parametric modeling method of tooling.Finally,some common tooling components and the overall test structure in the static test are taken as examples to verify the feasibility of the design.The results show that the method can modify and reconstruct the model conveniently and quickly.
