摘要
以Visual Basic为编程语言,结合Microsoft Office Access数据库中零部件的结构尺寸参数表,运用SolidWorks提供的API接口进行二次开发,对输送机普通辊子的主要零件进行三维参数化设计,并实现了智能装配。采用尺寸驱动的参数化设计方法,通过数据库将设计参数关联,依据参数的改变动态地生成各种规格的普通辊子,从而实现了普通辊子的系列化设计。
In Visual Basic programming language ,combining with the parameter table of the conveyor components in a Microsoft Office Access database ,using the SolidWorks API to realize the secondary development ,we realize the parametric design and intelligent assembly of the roller which is the main component of a conveyor .Using the method of dimension driven ,through a database associated with the design parameters ,we can generate a variety of ordinary rollers dynamically according to changing parameters so as to realize the serialization design of rollers .
