摘要
根据复杂零件检测收慢、效率低的情况,设计了一套基于机器视觉的检测系统。介绍了视觉检测系统的结构设计和零件图像的预处理和边界提取,并详细分析了零件尺寸的计算算法。本设计对其它产品的检测、检验具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the low efficiency of complex parts detection, one detection system based on machine vi- sion is presented. In the paper, structure of detection system, preprocessing and edge detection of picture is intro- duced, and parts size computational algorithm is analysed in detail. This design has some reference for other com- ponent detection.
