摘要
为了分析固体发动机端燃装药在抖振载荷下的响应,基于地面环境试验条件,建立了有限元模型。利用WAWS法得出了给定功率谱密度曲线的时域样本曲线,进而对抖振过程进行了时域响应分析。得到了典型点的Von Mises应力响应历程及均方根值,给出了端燃装药外表面和界面上特征点的应力分布特征,分析了端燃装药与壳体内衬的间隙值与表面应力的关系,结果表明,两者呈线性关系。
In order to analyze respond of buffeting for end burning grain of solid rocket motor,the Finite Element Model was built in ground environmental test condition.The time domain sample of buffeting load,which was formed a given power spectral density curve,was computed with WAWS method.And the time-domain respond was analyzed for buffeting case.Respond progress and root-mean-square value for Von Mises stress of typical points was obtained,Stress distribution characteristic of characteristic points was computed in side and end of grain and interface,The dependency of Mises stress and the gap,between grain and case lining,was analyzed,The results showed a linear relationship.
