摘要 动力传动系统作为影响车辆动力性和燃油经济性的重要部件,开展传动系统的优化设计对车辆研发具有重要意义。文中基于Cruise软件建立了整车模型,将仿真结果对比工信部实测数据,验证了Cruise软件所建立的车辆仿真模型是可靠的。动力性计算指标误差在3%以内,燃油经济性误差在5%以内,具有较高精度。通过改变传动系统中主减速器传动比和变速器各挡位传动比对车辆性能进行优化,在动力性减弱1.82%的情况下,提升了6.97%的经济性,符合当前节能减排的发展趋势。该研究结果表明:基于Cruise软件对车辆进行性能优化是非常有必要的,具有重要的工程应用和理论参考价值。 As an important part of vehicle power performance and fuel economy,the optimization design of power transmission system is of great significance to vehicle research and development. In this paper,the vehicle model is established based on cruise software,and the simulation results are compared with the measured data of MIIT.The vehicle simulation model established by Cruise software is verified to be reliable. The error of dynamic performance calculation index is less than 3%,and the error of fuel economy is less than 5%. By changing the transmission ratio of the main reducer and transmission ratio of each gear in the transmission system,the vehicle performance is optimized. Under the condition that the power performance is reduced by 1. 82%,the economy is improved by 6. 97%,which is in line with the current development trend of energy conservation and emission reduction. The results show that it is necessary to optimize the vehicle performance based on cruise software,which has important engineering application and theoretical reference value.
