摘要
以2019年为基准,本文根据给定的系统机组的电气参数、经济性参数,首先基于电力系统技术性指标对机组负荷、出力、容量规划分析,接着对机组的功率平衡、系统旋转备用约束、机组出力上下限等方面进行约束;最后建立机组组合约束模型以机组投资费用为目标函数进行求解,对2030年进行电源扩展规划。
Based on 2019,this paper first analyzes the unit load,output,and capacity planning based on the technical indicators of the power system based on the electrical parameters and economic parameters of the given system units,and then constrains the unit's power balance,system rotation reserve constraints,unit output upper and lower limits,etc.Fnally,a unit combination constraint model was set up to solve the unit investment cost as an objective function,and power expansion planning was planned for 2030.
