师范生核心素养框架建构的探析 被引量:3

摘要 教师核心素养是学生核心素养养成的前提和基础,要培养学生核心素养,教师需先具备相应核心素养。建构教育信息化背景下师范生核心素养的体系结构,有助于实现教育的现代化。师范生核心素养首先是某特定学段的学生核心素养,同时又是某特定阶段的教师核心素养,具有统整性。师范生核心素养框架有三个维度:个人基础素养、师范生专业素养、综合素养。师范生专业素养下又有二三级指标,其中,教育技术素养是技术整合教育教学的思维与能力,是师范生不可或缺的专业素养。 Teachers’core competency is the premise and foundation of students’core competency.To cultivate students’core competency,teachers need to have corresponding core compentency first.Constructing the normal students’core competency framework under the background of educational informationization will help to realize the modernization of education.The core competency of normal students is not only the core competency of students in a particular period,but also of teachers at a particular stage.The core competency framework of normal students has three dimensions:basic personal competency,professional competency as a normal student,and comprehensive competency.Under the professional quality of normal students,there are two or three indicators.Among them,the educational technology competency refers to the thinking and ability of technology integration of education and teaching,and it is an indispensable professional quality of normal students.
