摘要
目的研究全程护理干预在小儿预防接种工作中的效果。方法随机选择2018年5月-2019年5月卫生服务管理中心保健科150名预防接种幼儿作为研究对象,将幼儿平均分为两组之后,提供不同的护理方法,对比不同方法最终的应用效果。结果观察组应用全程护理干预方法,从接种的前期、中期和后期都提供了有效的护理干预指导,最终得出接种评分最高达到了(96.10±0.47)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.325,P<0.05)。结论正处于发育阶段的小儿身体机能比较容易受到外界环境的影响,是部分流行疾病的高发群体。对此,需要在幼儿阶段就为他们接种预防疫苗,以便降低各种流行疾病对于幼儿的威胁,保证幼儿健康成长。全程护理干预方法在小儿预防接种工作中应用效果十分显著,可改善护理质量,增强预防接种工作的有效性。
Objective To study the effect of full-course nursing intervention on pediatric vaccination.Methods Randomly selected 150 immunized young children from May 2018 to May 2019 in the Department of Health Care of the Health Service Management Center as the research object.After dividing the young children into two groups equally,different nursing methods were provided,and the final application effect of different methods was compared.Results The observation group applied a full-course nursing intervention method to provide effective nursing intervention guidance from the early,middle and late stages of vaccination.It was concluded that the highest vaccination score reached(96.10±0.47)points,Compared with that,there were statistically significant differences(t=7.325,P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric body function in the developing stage is relatively susceptible to the influence of the external environment,and it is a high-risk group of some epidemic diseases.To this end,they need to be vaccinated at the early childhood stage in order to reduce the threat of various epidemic diseases to young children and ensure their healthy growth.The whole-course nursing intervention method is very effective in pediatric vaccination,which can improve the quality of care and enhance the effectiveness of vaccination.
