摘要
目的分析全程预防性安全护理干预在小儿预防接种中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在我院行疫苗预防接种的166例小儿,根据护理干预方式的不同分为对照组(n=82)和观察组(n=84)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予全程预防性安全护理干预,比较两组小儿的配合度及不良反应。结果观察组小儿接种疫苗时的总配合度为95.24%,显著高于对照组小儿的80.49%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为8.33%,显著低于对照组的29.27%(P<0.05)。结论全程预防性安全护理干预在小儿预防接种中的应用效果较好,可明显提升小儿配合度,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-course preventive safety nursing intervention in pediatric vaccination.Methods A total of 166 children who received vaccination in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=82)and the observation group(n=84)according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received whole-course preventive safety nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The cooperation degree and adverse reactions of children were compared between the two groups.Results The total coordination degree of children in the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 80.49%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%,significantly lower than 29.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course preventive safety nursing intervention in pediatric vaccination has good application effect,which can obviously improve the cooperation degree of children and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
