摘要
目的探讨家长-护士参与型沟通模式在小儿预防接种中的应用效果。方法选择2021年2月至2023年2月淄博市妇幼保健院儿童保健康复中心接收的300名进行预防接种的小儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各150名。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采取家长-护士参与型沟通模式,比较两组接种配合度、不良反应发生情况、家长知识掌握情况及家长护理满意度。结果观察组接种总配合率为98.67%,高于对照组的92.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的8.00%(P<0.05);观察组家长知识掌握优良率为98.67%,高于对照组的90.67%(P<0.05);观察组家长护理总满意率为99.33%,高于对照组的93.33%(P<0.05)。结论家长-护士参与型沟通模式应用在小儿预防接种中可提高家长的知识掌握程度和护理满意度,促使儿童积极配合疫苗接种,降低不良反应发生率。
Obiective To explore the application effect of parent-nurse participatory communication mode in children’s vaccination.Methods A total of 300 children who received vaccination in the Children’s Health Rehabilitation Center,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received parent-nurse participatory communication mode on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The degree of vaccination cooperation,adverse reactions,parents’mastery of knowledge status,and parents’nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total cooperation rate of vaccination in the observation group was 98.67%,which was higher than 92.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 8.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of parents’mastery of knowledge in the observation group was 98.67%,which was higher than 90.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 99.33%,which was higher than 93.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of parent-nurse participatory communication mode in pediatric vaccination can improve parents’mastery of knowledge status and nursing satisfaction,promote children to actively cooperate with vaccination,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
