摘要
目的 观察探讨在乙肝疫苗接种过程中预见性护理在降低其不良反应中的价值。方法 回顾性分析我院(2019年1月至2020年2月)成人乙肝疫苗接种者150人,根据接种者接种时段,上半年接种75人以常规护理为对照组,而在下半年接种的75人实施以预见性护理为研究组。比较两组接种者在接种乙肝疫苗之后的不良反应发生率及其严重程度,并统计接种者接种后的恢复时间及其对护理的满意度评分。结果 相对于对照组接种者,研究组在接种疫苗后发生不良反应率显著更低(P <0.05)。研究组接种者仅少数产生弱反应,而对照组多数为中反应或少数强反应(P <0.05)。研究组接种者在接种后恢复时间短于对照组,而对于接种的满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在乙肝疫苗接种过程中,实施以预见性的护理干预方式,可以将疫苗接种后的不良反应率显著降低,且减轻其不良反应严重程度,缩短接种后的恢复时间,提高按规律、全程规划免疫接种比例及有效提高接种的依从性及满意度,效果理想。
Objective To observe and explore the value of predictive nursing in reducing adverse reactions during hepatitis B vaccination.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 150 adult hepatitis B vaccine recipients in our hospital(January 2019 February 2020).According to the vaccination period,75 people were vaccinated in the first half of the year with conventional nursing as the control group,while 75 people were vaccinated in the second half of the year with predictive nursing as the study group.The incidence and severity of adverse reactions after hepatitis B vaccination were compared between the two groups,and the recovery time and nursing satisfaction score of the vaccinators after vaccination were counted.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group after vaccination was significantly lower(P<0.05).Only a few vaccinators in the study group had weak reactions,while most of the control group had moderate or few strong reactions(P<0.05).The recovery time of the vaccinators in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction score for vaccination was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IIn the process of hepatitis B vaccination,the implementation of predictive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the rate of adverse reactions after vaccination,reduce the severity of adverse reactions,shorten the recovery time after vaccination,improve the proportion of immunization planned according to the law and the whole process,and effectively improve the compliance and satisfaction of vaccination.The effect is ideal.
