摘要
目的分析小儿预防接种中的常见不良反应及应对措施。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月本中心收治的70例小儿预防接种出现不良反应的患儿,对患儿出现不良反应的类型进行观察分析,探讨诱发原因,最后制定出具有针对性的应对方案。结果70例不良反应中,昏厥4.29%,全身反应57.14%,偶合反应14.29%,局部反应24.29%;所有小儿在出现不良反应后均采取对症处理措施,经过处理后不良反应症状均消失,小儿预防接种出现的不良反应类型主要以全身性反应为主。结论小儿预防接种出现的不良反应情况因人而异,应不断完善及优化接种的各个环节,避免不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze common adverse reactions and countermeasures in preventive inoculation of children.Methods A total of 70 cases of children with adverse reactions in preventive vaccination were selected from our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018.The types of adverse reactions in children were observed and analyzed,and the causes were discussed.Finally,a targeted response scheme was developed.Results Among the 70 cases,the incidence was 4.29%,57.14%,14.29%and 24.29%respectively.All the children took symptomatic treatment measures after the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the symptoms of adverse reactions disappeared after the treatment.The main types of adverse reactions in children’s preventive inoculation were systemic reactions.Conclusion The adverse reactions in children’s inoculation should be improved and optimized to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
