摘要
目的 :探讨anti-TPO、anti-Tg与TRAb血清标志物检测在桥本甲状腺中的应用价值及临床意义。方法 :选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的甲状腺患者96例作为研究对象,根据甲状腺诱发原因不同分为桥本甲状腺组(A组)、Graves病组(B组)和单纯性甲状腺炎组(C组)三组,每组各32例,其中桥本甲状腺组根据组内患者甲状腺功能的明显差异分为甲状腺功能正常组(A1组)、甲状腺功能低下组(A2组)和甲状腺功能亢进组(A3组),并选取同期来我院接受检查的健康体检者30例作为对照组,分别对各组采用电化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)方法测定其anti-TPO、anti-Tg与TRAb血清标志物水平,并精准计算各组的阳性检出率。结果 :A组的anti-TPO、anti-Tg水平在四组中最高,其次为B组,其含量从高到位为A组> B组> C组和对照组,C组和对照组的anti-TPO、anti-Tg水平无明显差异,且A组和B组的TRAb水平明显高于C组和对照组,B组的TRAb水平最高;A组和B组antiTPO、anti-Tg对应指标的阳性检出率明显高于C组和对照组,且B组TRAb对应指标的阳性检出率明显高于其他三组;在A组患者中,A2组患者的anti-TPO水平明显高于A1和A3组,TRAb水平在A1、A2和A3三组中无明显差异,且A3组患者的anti-Tg水平明显高于其他两组;在A组患者中,A2组anti-TPO、anti-T对应指标的阳性检出率均明显高于A1组和A3组,但三组中TRAb对应指标的阳性检出率无显著差异。结论 :联合检测anti-TPO、antiTg水平的指标及阳性检出率对判断患者是否患有桥本甲状腺具有极其重要的意义,是诊断较为关键的参考标准,同时检测TRAb水平和阳性检出率是区分桥本甲状腺和Graves病的重要指标,对甲状腺患者的治疗和预后起到积极的推动座椅,临床意义重大。
Objective To explore the value and clinical significance of anti-TPO,anti-Tg and TRAb serum markers in Hashimoto thyroid gland.Methods 96 cases of thyroid patients treated in our hospital in January 2016-2017 January were selected as the subjects.According to the causes of thyroid induction,there were three groups of Hashimoto thyroid group(group A),Graves disease group(group B)and simple thyroiditis group(group C),32 cases in each group,of which the thyroid function of the pashimoto thyroid gland group was based on the thyroid function of the patients.The obvious differences were divided into the normal thyroid function group(group A1),the hypothyroidism group(group A2)and the hyperthyroidism group(group A3),and 30 healthy persons who had been examined in our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group.The antiTPO and ant were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in each group.I-Tg and TRAb serum markers level,and accurately calculate the positive detection rate of each group.Results The level of anti-TPO and anti-Tg in group A was the highest in the four groups,followed by group B,and the content from high to A group>B group>C group and control group.The anti-TPO and anti-Tg levels of C group and control group were no significant difference,and the level of the group and the control group was higher than that of the control group and the control group.The positive rate of anti-TPO and anti-Tg corresponding indexes in group A and B group was significantly higher than that in group C and control group,and the positive rate of TRAb corresponding index in B group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups,and the anti-TPO level of A2 group was higher than that of the group of A group.There was no significant difference in the three groups of A1,A2 and A3,and the level of TRAb in the A3 group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.In the group A,the positive rate of the anti-TPO and anti-T index of the A2 group was significantly higher than t
