摘要
办学理念是学校改革的灵魂,是校长办学的基本信念,对学校发展具有渗透性的指导价值。目前中小学办学理念存在诸多问题,或者理念阙如,或者理念泛滥,或者理念混乱,或者同质化现象严重,或者言行不一。因此,准确地把握办学理念的内涵非常重要,它体现了办学者对好教育的期待与梦想,对学校存在理由与价值的追问。理念具有内在的意义,而表达则是外显的活动,理念意义的传递离不开表达活动。在办学理念表达过程中,应当考虑表达方式是否言简意赅,表达内容是否符合先进教育思想,表达对象是否具有独特的气质,表达话语是否具有独特的视角等因素。
The idea of running a school is not only the soul of school reform and the basic belief of the principal in running a school,but also has permeable guiding value for school development.At present,there are many problems in the idea of running schools in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of ideas,the overflow of ideas,the confusion of ideas,the serious phenomenon of homogenization,or the inconsistency of words and deeds.Therefore,it is very important to accurately grasp the connotation of the idea of running a school.The idea of running a school embodies the expectation and dream of school founders for a good education,the quest for the reason and value of the school.Ideas have an internal meaning,while expression is the explicit activity.The transmission of idea meaning cannot be separated from the expression activity.In the process of expressing the idea of running a school,we should consider whether the way of expression is concise,whether the content of expression conforms to the advanced educational thought,whether the object of expression has a unique temperament,and whether the discourse has a unique perspective.
