摘要
目的分析某院2009-2018年住院患者病死率及死因构成,了解其特点和变化情况,为制定降低患者病死率的措施提供相应依据。方法从2009-2018年卫统四表和广东省病案管理统计系统收集医院住院死亡病案首页资料,根据ICD-10对疾病进行分类,采用Excel 2016、SPSS 20.0和R 2.11.1对数据进行整理分析。结果 2009-2018年出院患者共135 026人次,死亡病例661例,病死率为0.49%。年度间病死率无统计学差异。男性出院患者共64 168人次,病死率0.62%;女性出院患者70 858人次,病死率0.37%,男女总体病死率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前5位死因为颅脑损伤、脑出血、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺炎、支气管和肺恶性肿瘤。结论医院应采取相应措施提升服务能力,降低病死率。
Objective To analyze the mortality and cause of death of hospitalized patients in a hospital from 2009 to 2018,understand its characteristics and changes,and provide corresponding evidence for the measures to reduce the mortality of patients.Methods First page data of inpatient death records were collected from the fourth table of health statistics and the medical record management statistics system of Guangdong Province from 2009 to 2018,and the diseases were classified according to ICD-10.And Excel 2016,SPSS 20.0 and R 2.11.1 were used to analyze the data.Results Totally 135026 patients were discharged from 2009 to 2018,and 661 deaths were reported,with the fatality rate 0.49%.There was no statistically significant difference in the annual mortality.Totally 64168 male patients were discharged from the hospital,with the mortality rate 0.62%and 70858 female patients were discharged from the hospital,with the mortality rate 0.37%.There was significant difference in the mortality rate between male and female.The top five death causes were craniocerebral injury,cerebral hemorrhage,pneumonia,chronic obstructive pneumonia,bronchial and lung malignancies.Conclusion Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the hospital′s service capacity and reduce mortality.
