摘要
为有效对病人进行临床路径治疗,规范医生诊疗行为,降低成本,提高医疗质量,提升病人满意度,按照卫计委临床路径试点工作要求,分析临床路径系统设计和实施过程中遇到的问题,并提出建议。在临床路径实践过程中,系统优化了路径,完善了功能,提升了医师认可度,并逐步提高入径率和完成率。临床路径信息化管理中问题的妥善处理,有益于临床路径系统的设计和实施,提升了临床医生工作效率,实现了临床路径管理的信息化、智能化。
In order to effective treatment of patients in clinical pathway, regulate the behavior of the doctor's diagnosis and treatment, reduce costs, improve the quality of medical treatment and improve patient satisfaction, the paper in accordance with the requirements of the pilot work of clinical path analyzes the problems encountered in the design and implementation process and puts forward many constructive suggestions. After clinical practice, CPS Optimizes path, perfects function, improves the recognition of physicians, and gradually increases the enrollment rate and completion rate of the CP.
